About Haley Veronyak, Registered Psychotherapist (RP)

Calm, compassionate therapy for navigating anxiety, burnout, and self-esteem.

Therapy Changed My Life Long Before It Became My Career

Sitting across from a therapist for the first time gave me the space to see myself clearly, to notice the beliefs and patterns that were keeping me stuck, weighed down, and disconnected from the life I wanted. That experience shaped the way I now support others: with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-informed care.

My Approach

I work with adults who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or painful relationship patterns. Many of us learn to silence parts of ourselves just to get by, but over time, those survival strategies can start holding us back.

In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop the self-trust to respond differently.
My approach combines present-moment awareness with practical tools, helping you make meaningful change without losing your authenticity.

I integrate relational, experiential, and evidence-informed methods to support clients in:

  • Managing anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Navigating burnout and chronic stress

  • Rebuilding confidence and self-esteem

  • Healing patterns from past experiences

  • Strengthening relationships and communication

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s presence.

The health center's sign is visible, displaying the name, phone number, and the name of Dr. Nicole Meier, B.Sc., N.D., specializing in naturopathic medicine. The background includes a brick building, lush greenery, potted plants, and a sidewalk.

Whole-Person, Collaborative Care

I believe healing is strongest when we look at the whole picture. That’s why I work alongside naturopaths, chiropractors, and massage therapists within our clinic — offering care that honours both the mind and the body. Together, we create a grounded, holistic environment where you can move toward lasting wellness.
