Who am I?
Therapy changed my life long before it became my career. Sitting across from a therapist for the first time gave me the space to see myself clearly — to uncover the beliefs and patterns that were keeping me stuck, weighed down, and disconnected from the life I wanted. That experience ignited something in me, and today I bring the same compassion, curiosity, and practical support to the people I work with.
I specialize in helping clients who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or painful relationship patterns. So many of us grow up learning to silence parts of ourselves just to get by. Over time, those survival strategies can become the very things that hold us back. Together, we’ll untangle those patterns and help you reconnect to the parts of you that are strong, resilient, and ready to thrive.
In my practice, I specialize in supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and lingering pain from the past. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt therapy, blending present-moment awareness with practical tools to help you make meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you can safely explore, untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and build clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
I also believe healing is strongest when we look at the whole picture. That’s why I work alongside naturopaths, chiropractors, and massage therapists within our clinic, offering clients access to care that honours both the mind and the body. Together, this creates a holistic environment where you can move toward lasting wellness.
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for sitting with clients. I know how much courage it takes to show up for therapy, and I don’t take that lightly. My role is to walk alongside you with honesty, warmth, and respect as you find clarity, self-trust, and a renewed sense of possibility.
