Therapy for Adults and Couples in Georgetown, ON and Across Ontario

Therapy is a place to slow down, talk honestly, and figure out what’s actually going on beneath the surface. I work with adults and couples who want support making sense of their emotions, relationships, and the challenges they keep running into.

What I Offer

People come to therapy for different reasons. Some are dealing with anxiety, relationship concerns, or life transitions. Others are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, even though things may look “fine” from the outside.

Therapy offers a place to slow things down, talk things through, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels manageable and attuned to you. We work together to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relational dynamics, with the goal of developing insight and building a life you feel more fulfilled in.

How I Work

My approach is collaborative and grounded. Sessions are conversation-based and focused on what feels most relevant for you. Rather than following a rigid structure, the work adapts to your goals, pace, and circumstances.

I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, respectful, and emotionally safe. Where you can reflect openly, feel understood, and work toward change without pressure or judgment.
