The RESET

A structured therapy group for people who feel stuck, self-critical, or overwhelmed and want practical change with real support.

What is the RESET?

The RESET is a structured group therapy program for people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, even when they understand themselves well.

This isn’t about fixing you or starting over. It’s about slowing things down, understanding what keeps pulling you back into the same loops, and learning how to respond differently when they show up. The work is practical, grounded, and supported so change doesn’t rely on willpower alone.

Starting Wednesday January 21, 2026 | 7:00pm-8:30pm

Each session is facilitated, structured, and builds week to week.
